LuneDraft Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of LuneDraft (the "App") provided by Elunela Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

• The App provides text editing, preview, and local storage related functionality.

3. System Requirements

• The App is designed for macOS. Supported OS versions are shown on distribution pages.
• You are responsible for preparing and maintaining required hardware and software.

4. Pricing and Availability

At this time, the App is available as presented in current distribution channels. In the future, paid features or revised delivery conditions may be introduced as the product evolves.

If purchase or billing is introduced, target features, pricing, and terms will be clearly displayed in-app or on distribution pages beforehand.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the App for unlawful activities or purposes against public order.
• Unauthorized analysis, modification, or interference with the App's operation.
• Violating rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the App, including names, design, and documentation, belong to us or rightful owners.

You may stop using the App at any time. We may apply restrictions where serious misuse, fraud, or legal violations are identified.
